The policy and strategy of the Company is formulated by a Board of three (3) Directors. The Chairman undertakes overall management of the Company. Currently, the company has more than 25 regular Professional and administrative full time staff and over 50 part time professionals consisting of Highway Engineers, Structural Engineers, Hydrologists, Water Resources Engineers, Civil Engineers, Socioeconomists, Urban Planners, Economists, Hydropower Engineers, Trail Bridge Experts, Geo-technical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Architects,Mechanical Engineers and Interior Designers.
